Meet Elizabeth.

The founder of MindBody Femme, a former “medical mystery” who rebuilt her health from the ground up — and now teaches women how to do the same.

I spent years trapped in a body that felt like it was shutting down — cycling through unexplained symptoms, misdiagnoses, dismissive doctors, and protocols that left me feeling worse instead of better. When Western medicine had no answers, I became my own advocate, my own researcher, and eventually, my own healer.

I’m a Certified Integrative Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), a trauma-informed somatic practitioner, a breathwork guide, and a yoga teacher trained in Bali. I’ve studied nutrition, detox, nervous system healing, and ancient practices across South America, Southeast Asia, Central America, and with teachers connected to the Dalai Lama’s medical lineage. I’m also earning my Master’s in Integrative Psychology to deepen the emotional and relational work behind true healing.

But my greatest credential is that I’ve lived this journey myself.

My curiosity led me deep into the science — biomolecular medicine, cellular biology, quantum physics, trauma research, and women’s hormonal health. I follow universal truths found across cultures, biology, and lived experience. The patterns that hold up everywhere are the ones that actually heal women.

Every time I talk with Elizabeth about my mental and physical health, I walk away feeling lighter, more focused, and genuinely cared for. Elizabeth has such a grounded, intuitive way of listening that makes people feel safe opening up, even about the hard topics. Her insights are always thoughtful and empowering — she doesn’t just offer advice, she helps individuals reconnect with their own strength.
